Brian Pack’s rowing career started in the fall of 1999 when the
resident assistant of his dorm at Washburn University (Topeka, KS)
suggested he come out to the lake and try rowing. Since then,

Caitlin Hoff is an alumna of the University of Cincinnati Rowing Club (UCRC). She graduated from the program in 2015 and went on to coach programs in New York and New Hampshire. Caitlin has experience coaching athletes of all ages in both sweep and sculling boats. In 2017, she earned her Level 2 Coaching Certification from US Rowing. In 2019, Caitlin joined the US Rowing RefCorps. She is currently a licensed Assistant Referee.
