Caitlin Hoff is an alumna of the University of Cincinnati Rowing Club (UCRC). She graduated from the program in 2015 and went on to coach programs in New York and New Hampshire. Caitlin has experience coaching athletes of all ages in both sweep and sculling boats. In 2017, she earned her Level 2 Coaching Certification from US Rowing. In 2019, Caitlin joined the US Rowing RefCorps. She is currently a licensed Assistant Referee.
Caitlin joined the UCRC coaching staff in the fall of 2021, alongside Brian Pack and Erin Nurre. She is excited to lend her expertise and passion to help the team rebuild amid the ongoing pandemic. “I went to school for five years to earn a college degree, but this program is what truly shaped those years. My experiences with the team as a rower contributed greatly to the person I am today. As a member of the UCRC coaching staff, I hope to provide a positive and meaningful experience to our athletes by sharing the sport I love.”
