Fourth Annual Erg-a-Thon

Our 4th annual Erg-a-Thon fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 11th at noon under the Montgomery Inn Boathouse. This event is designed to be inclusive for all of our bearcat friends, family, and alumni. Each meter puts us closer to our team meter goal and hopefully closer to our donation goals! Evaluation Week!

Following winter break comes the return of the bearcats to the Tanks. In a week of self evaluation, the team powered through many of the big tests including 6k's, 2k's, max watts, and an hour of power. The combination of results show how balanced and fit each rower is as well as what they should focus on in the months leading up to ACRA. It’s Recruiting Season!

UCRC is looking forward to their return to indoor training with the hopes that new novices will be joining them! New Rankings on the Record Board

With the fall semester coming to an end, the Bearcats took their final 2K and 6K tests for the season. Almost the entire team got a PR on their 6K test and for our novices, experienced a 2K for the first time. These tests resulted in some rank changes on the record board! The first shoutout goes to Laura Moser, a freshman in her first season of rowing. UCRC Medals at Head of the Hooch 2022

Our Fall regatta season came to a close at the Head of the Hooch in Chattanooga, TN. This prestigious regatta presented us with the fiercest competition yet and the opportunity to see how we stacked up against boats from clubs all across the country. Over the course of two days, the University of Cincinnati Rowing Club (UCRC) raced 6 boats down the 4,700 meter course along the Tennessee River.
